THERMAPACK™ Gel Ice Blanket provides superior ambient temperature control for shipping your temperature sensitive products. The THERMAPACK™ Gel Ice Blanket is available in three cell sizes.
- THERMAPACK™ 3128 (3.1″ x 2.8″ cells)
- THERMAPACK™ 337 (3″ x 3.7″ cells)
- THERMAPACK™ 637 (6″ x 3.7″ cells)
The THERMAPACK™ 337 and 337 are sold in rolls 18½ inches wide by 396 feet long where as the 3128 are sold in sheets of 15 3/4″ x 11 1/8″ .

The product is light and compact during storage. It takes only a fraction of the space required to store ice, dry ice or gel packs. It is completely safe to handle when dry or hydrated.

THERMAPACK™ is sold in sheets or rolls. The product ships to you in a 20” x 14” x 14” or smaller box and only weighs between 20 and 38 pounds depending on the product. But these compact rolls will provide up to 1,945 lbs of gel ice refrigerant (depending on the model of THERMAPACK™ Gel Ice Blanket used) saving you hundreds of Dollars in inbound shipping cost.
New Technology for Better Shipping
The cells of each THERMAPACK™ Gel Ice Blanket contain small pockets of TEMTRO™ Dry Gel, a special super absorbent material. These pockets are quilted between one water-permeable sheet and one water-impermeable sheet. To use, simply cut the pad to the size you want, soak in water, freeze, and place in your shipping container.
